Cancellation Before Shipment / 出货前取消订单

If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us at info@soulwaves.pro within 12 hours of placing your order. No extra fees will be charged, and we will initiate a full refund.

如您希望在商品出货前取消订单，请在下单后12小时内发送邮件至 info@soulwaves.pro。我们将不收取额外费用并启动全额退款。

Return Policy / 退货政策

You may return your order within 7 working days of receipt if the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective. Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly from Soulwaves.pro.

若您收到的商品有误、受损或瑕疵，请于收到商品后7个工作日内申请退货。退货仅适用于 Soulwaves.pro 官网下单之订单。

Detailed Return Conditions / 退货条件明细

Return Conditions include:
– The item received does not match the order (e.g., wrong color, size, or model)
– The item is damaged upon receipt, has been tampered with, opened, or modified
– The item must be returned with its original packaging and any free gifts received
– A copy of the order number and purchase receipt must be provided
– The item must be properly packed to prevent damage during return shipping

退货条件包括：
– 商品与订单不符（如颜色、尺寸、型号错误）
– 商品收到时已损坏、被拆封或有改装痕迹
– 须保留完整原包装与随赠赠品
– 须附上订单编号与购买凭证
– 须使用妥善包装退回以避免运输过程中的损坏

Non-Eligible Returns / 不适用退货情形

We do not accept returns due to change of mind. Any order that has been shipped or confirmed cannot be canceled or changed.

若因个人喜好改变（如后悔购买）将无法退货。订单一旦确认或已发货将无法取消或修改。

Refund Policy / 退款政策

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect returned goods. If approved, refunds will be issued based on your payment method:
– Online bank transfer: refund within 3–5 working days
– Credit card: refund to the original issuing bank (duration depends on bank processing time)

退货商品确认无误后将启动退款程序。退款方式将依据原付款方式处理：
– 网银转账：约3–5个工作日内退款
– 信用卡付款：退至原发卡银行（到账时间依银行作业）

Shipping Policy / 配送政策

We ship only to valid addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure the shipping address and phone number are correct. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Any redelivery due to incorrect address will incur additional charges.

我们仅配送至下单时提供的有效地址。请确认收件地址与电话填写正确。我们不寄送至邮政信箱。如因地址错误造成退货，重新配送将收取额外费用。

Shipping Address Change / 更改收件地址

Requests to change shipping address must be submitted within 12 hours after ordering. Requests made after this period may incur additional shipping charges.

如需更改收件地址，请于下单12小时内邮件告知 info@soulwaves.pro，逾时更改可能需另付运费。

Shipping Time / 配送时间

Orders typically take 2–5 working days to arrive (Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm).

商品通常在2–5个工作日内送达（周一至周五，上午9点至下午5点配送）。

Tracking / 物流追踪

Once shipped, tracking info will be sent via email and updated in your account.
